We retain client matter files for a minimum of seven years after the conclusion of an engagement, in accordance with professional practice requirements. Enquiry data from individuals who do not proceed to a client engagement is retained for twelve months. Website analytics data is retained for a maximum of twenty-six months.

Our services are intended for adults (18 years and over). We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under eighteen except as necessary in the context of a matter involving children (for example, a co-parenting arrangement), in which case such data is handled with particular care.
